Applying the centrality and distinctiveness concepts

 Use the centrality and distinctiveness concepts to discuss how an organization can apply them  to make strategic improvements.  As usual, use an organization as an example.  You do not have to construct a C-D map as it requires a customer survey.  Rather, focus on applying the C-D concept by  adopting one or more approaches discussed in the section entitled “How to use the C-D map” in the article, or you can discuss which quadrant the brand should occupy given some information that is available to you (show your reasoning).
