Discuss the following:
- Compose a workplace example to illustrate the particular style in action by you or your chosen leader when dealing with a workplace conflict.
- Critique at least 2 of your classmates’ choices of a conflict management style. Be professional and respectful in your responses.
- Propose using an alternative style. For example, apply the collaborative approach if the competitive approach is being used.
